The Location
Located in the palace garden ("Schlosspark"), the OsnabrückHalle is ecxeptionally noble: wooden parquet- und carpeted floors, air conditioning, cushioned chairs and high-quality table create a cozy ambience. We have two seat categories: parquet and loge. more

The loge
Our loge seats are for the slightly more discerning gamer. The extra costs will pay off for those who set a high value to the additional space and a clear view to the screen and the parquet. The tables have a width of 120cm for each seat, and the aisle in your back is comfortably wide. Not to mention that the loge floats more than 6m above the parquet.

Network and Internet
Thanks to our associate partner ZyXEL, we can provide a gigabit switchport for every seat. The backbone-switches are linked by a 10 gigabit-network. That is the fastest network ever to appear at The Summit. Nevertheless, we would ask you to check exceptionally fast computers at our guest server area. This trendsetting network is also available for rent for other organizers. Our Internet access consists of a 100Mbit fiber connection - making it very very fast. Vermietung

On-location catering
The in-house catering supplies you with food and beverages day and night. Please note that you may not bring your own kitchen appliances or beverage cases. Only small snacks and single bottles are allowed for your own use. You can also book the large buffet on Saturday afternoon, where you can eat all you can for a full two hours. Approach, parking and accomodation
Please approach and unload at the back side of the OsnabrückHalle where you can find an unloading zone. You can then either look for a parking place nearby (with costs) or you can also park a bit farther away at parking lot of the Halle Gartlage (for free). We will provide you with a twentyfour-seven shuttle service between Halle Gartlage and the OsnabrückHalle. First departure from Halle Gartlage is Friday at 5 p.m., then from the OsnabrückHalle at 5:30p.m. and so on. Hotels nearby are either the Hotel Nikolai or the Kulmbacher Hof.

Sleeping and showering
We will provide two bedrooms for you. A small one for females only and a bigger one for males and females. There are seperated showers that will be accessible during daytime, usually from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Minimum age and protection of minors
The minimum age to take part at The Summit is 18 years. A passport is mandatory to prove your age. We sure would like to gain access to younger guests but the laws for protection of minors are very strict in Germany. You can find more details here. here
